Job Description

• Studying the policies and procedures sent from the central office and monitoring the correct implementation and adherence to the procedures.
• Supervising the activities of questioners to ensure compliance with principles and procedures (correct questioning).
• Determining individual goals, managing performance, and developing people to maximize project efficiency.
• Providing formal and informal feedback and evaluations to questioners.
• Participating in daily meetings of other countries to coordinate and update policies.
• Supervising the activities of the questioners to check the accuracy of the collected information.
• Analyzing information and preparing analytical reports.
