To act as the secretary of the investment committee and provide related agenda, and reports and share critical information as per meeting requirements.
To implement and manage the gathering of candidates' due diligence packages and present them to the investment committee.
Requirements:
Financial analysis track record of 3 years or more; preferably in digital or high-tech ecosystems.
Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup operations/business development.
Good Understanding of digital products and services.
In-depth knowledge of investment valuation.
In-depth knowledge of the Startup ecosystem and tech-based entrepreneurship.
Understanding the IT and telecommunications industry and key trends.
Broad knowledge of the implementation of digital platforms.
