Job Description

At Shahid Mahdavi Complex with 2300 students and 500 employees, we are looking for an IT expert to oversee our company’s hardware, software, and computer networks. IT administrator's responsibilities include monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues.

Responsibilities:

Maintain IT infrastructure (company networks and servers) to ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Manage contracts with vendors (e.g., development platforms) and software licenses and monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) for business applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related position.
At least 5 years of experience in an IT environment.
Team leadership skills.
Knowledge of the following certificates (MCSA, CCNA, MTCNA, ESX, HP Server, VOIP).
Knowledge of Network Cameras.
Working knowledge of Voice Over IP Telephone Systems.
Experience working with cPanel and Direct Admin.
Working knowledge of PHP programming and WordPress.
Working knowledge of Moodle and BigBlueButton.
Experience working with Veeam Backup.
Experience working with Zabbix.
