To provide first and second-line support on Infrastructure services as the main accountability and provide support to network and security roles. Ensure that all services are delivered to end users at the highest quality according to business needs and predefined criteria. The role includes significant leadership and strategic responsibilities, guiding the IT operations team to meet organizational goals.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Maintain and manage data center through standards and best practices.
Solid understanding of HPE Server and Storage (MSA.3PAR).
Manage company Mail server (Exchange Server).
Requirements:
Solid understanding of Virtualization and Clusters.
Deep Background on Microsoft Services.
Solid experience with Server OS (Microsoft, and Linux).
Experience with SCCM and SCVMM.
Experience with Hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and Automation would be a plus.
Experience with DevOps tools would be a plus.
Manage IT CAPEX and OPEX.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Language: English (Fluent).
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft services, virtualization, Active Directory, SCCM, MDOP, monitoring, and scripting (PowerShell, VBS). HPE Servers and MSA/3PAR storages.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and services, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning abilities.
