We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a junior commercial specialist. Responsibilities:

Content Management:

Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of content displayed on our website, including tour descriptions, images, and pricing information.
Update content as needed to reflect changes and maintain consistency.

Price Verification:

Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy of tour prices displayed on our website.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and ensure pricing alignment with marketing and sales strategies.

Commercial Support:

Assist senior commercial specialists with various tasks related to commercial operations, including data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
Contribute ideas and insights to support decision-making processes.

Content Creation:

Over time, participate in the creation and development of tour content, including writing engaging tour descriptions, selecting captivating images, and optimizing content for search engine visibility.

Tour Supply:

Learn and understand the process of tour supply, including supplier management, negotiation, and contracting.
Assist in sourcing and acquiring new tour products to expand our offerings and meet customer demand.

Training and Development:

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial operations, content management, and tour supply.
Seek opportunities for growth and professional development within the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment of commercial activities with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively and contribute positively to team efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and maintain content quality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of commercial principles and willingness to learn and develop in this area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
