At Agah Group, we are looking for a talent acquisition intern to join our human resources team and assist with our recruiting activities. A top-notch talent acquisition intern understands the company's needs and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
  • Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
  • Communicating with the HR team.
  • Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
  • Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
  • Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Managing the resume database.

Requirements:
