Job Description

The key account manager is responsible for delivering and achieving the annual sales targets in MT sales channels while developing and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team in the KA section to achieve the area's targets.
  • Ensure implementation of the sales KPIs: Volume, coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Implement, follow, and measure the monthly targets week by week to ensure reaching the area's targets.
  • Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
  • Visit the Chain stores regularly to support sales representatives in achieving the targets.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the marketing/brand team.
  • Responded to client requests and processed all payments to the company.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers to build a sustainable customer pool.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns to provide a better customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring to all Sales Supervisors and sales representatives and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to achieve the monthly target.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of key account experience with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Related experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Intermediate English literacy.
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills, (MS Office is a must).
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of chain store operations and a strong relationship with the head office management team.
