Job Description

  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, both existing and new, while providing exceptional service.
  • Develop sales and negotiation strategies.
  • Prioritize brands in collaboration with the Traffic Group on execution priorities.
  • Develop CRM systems, structures, and standards.
  • Plan and follow up to achieve set sales goals.
  • Create emotional and emotional connections with brand managers and key individuals in organizations.
  • Develop customer loyalty strategies.
  • Evaluate and review the performance of executive units regarding project delivery.
  • Evaluate and analyze the cost and benefits of brands and provide relevant reports to the relevant manager.
  • Provide documented reports on the status of projects to the relevant manager.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience working in full-service advertising agencies.
  • Gender preference: Female.
  • Ability to anticipate potential challenges before they arise and develop win-win solutions to overcome them.
  • Familiarity with ATL, BTL, and TTL concepts.
  • Experience in content development across multiple media.
  • Project management skills in 360 advertising campaigns.
  • Proactive and dynamic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to think and provide solutions promptly to overcome a crisis.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Confidence to work without supervision.
