This is a full-time on-site role for a sales expert located in Tehran. The sales expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, providing product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and improving customer experiences.
Roles:
Identify the target market and customers based on management policy.
Identify rivals by finding out the sales price of their similar products.
Identify potential customers by finding out their product type, production capacity, and required flavors.
Provide management with regular reports of the market and customer visits.
Visit clients, exhibitions, and obtain clients’ feedback.
Duration: Permanent position.
Desired start date: ASAP.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 16:00.
Requirements:
Strong skills in customer service, customer experience, and communications.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in B2B sales.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the flavors industry is an advantage.
Gender preference: Male/Female.
Age range: 30 to 38 years old.
At least 3 years of experience in the food industry and sales of food. ingredients (B2B), with a focus on flavors.
Fluent in English.
Neat and orderly appearance.
Motivated and energetic.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Flexible to travel inside and outside Iran without any restrictions.
