Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our Marketing & Sales department. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for business growth within key accounts and execute targeted sales strategies.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Analyze market trends and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutual agreement with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and R&D, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Monitor and report on account performance, including sales figures, client feedback, and overall satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is preferred.
