Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our Marketing & Sales department. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within key accounts and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutual agreement with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and R&D, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including sales figures, client feedback, and overall satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
