Job Description

We need a lead generation specialist to accompany the organization to achieve its goals by identifying and cultivating leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industries based on current conditions and measure appropriate leads.
  • Identify and collect suitable leads through various marketing channels.
  • Analyze and evaluate leads based on predetermined criteria to prioritize them.
  • Create lead nurturing programs for continuous communication and interaction with leads.
  • Monitor the process of following up on leads until they are delivered to the sales team and follow up on leads that require further communication.
  • Update lead information in CRM and data management systems on a continuous basis.
  • Hold periodic meetings with the sales team to exchange feedback and review lead quality and identify ways to improve the lead generation process.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on lead capture performance and quality to assess improvement trends or the need to modify strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or Business Management.
  • At least two years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Lead Scoring.
  • Familiar with Lead Nurturing strategies.
  • Familiar with Integrated Marketing Communications Plan (IMC Plan).
  • Proficient in Customer Persona Analysis.
  • Familiar with B2B sales processes and stages of the legal customer buying cycle.
  • Familiar with financial concepts and return on investment to evaluate the value and cost of lead generation campaigns.
