As a product lead at Snapptrip, you will drive product vision, strategy, and execution to create top-tier travel solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet our user’s needs, enhance customer engagement, and grow our market share. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and passion for user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a product vision aligned with Snapptrip’s overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
Roadmap Development: Build and manage a product roadmap that aligns with short- and long-term goals. Prioritize features, enhancements, and projects to maximize impact.
User-Centered Design: Collaborate closely with UX/UI design teams to ensure products are user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for conversions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align product strategy with overall company goals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to guide product development, with a focus on metrics such as user engagement, retention, NPS, and revenue. A/B test and iterate on features based on analytics and user feedback.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring products meet both business goals and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and results. Communicate effectively with executives and key stakeholders on product direction and performance.

Monitoring key metrics and data analysis: Analyze real-time data and key metrics from products to track performance, identify issues, and gather insights for immediate decision-making.
Requirements:
5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives, ideally in a travel or tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. an MBA degree is a plus.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while balancing short-term execution.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping.
