POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

Learning and Development (L&D) intern is assigned to the role of an entry-level training person. However, she/he will be transferred to two or three developmental projects with defined goals and timelines. This is a valuable opportunity to gain practical skills, network with professionals, and explore different aspects of the people training and developing field. However, to make the most of your experience, you must be proactive, reflective, and adaptable.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Assist with training need assessment:
  1. Screen and categorize initial needs to identify potential training courses.
  2. Coordinate in searching for qualified instructors for the training.
  3. Help with finding vendors and venues for the training.
  • Assist in implementing all trainings with planning and executing:
  1. Share pre-work with attendants.
  2. Share the training information with the population.
  3. Find and organize the venue for the training.
  4. Coordinate with the facilitators and attendants regarding the presence and requirements.
  5. Report the number of attendants and the feedback on the training.
  • Organize the training schedules and timetables.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of junior level can be accepted.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Relevant corporate work experience is a plus.
  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Professional and intimate communication skills.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working in an office environment.
  • Basic understanding of the Kirkpatrick Model.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
