Job Description

  • Handle multiple commercial and procurement activities simultaneously.
  • Maintain corporate files, preparing letters, reports, and correspondences professionally.
  • Find the best logistics solutions and follow the transfer procedures.
  • Identify the root cause of any operational and process problems and devise appropriate resolutions.
  • Cooperate with the financial team to keep records updated.
  • Support the team by gathering, coordinating, preparing, and delivering information and ad-hoc reports.
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Basic familiarization with the customs procedures of exporting goods.
  • Familiarity with international transportation.
  • Proficient in ordering and negotiating with shipping lines, international trade laws, and customs affairs. (Oil derivatives and petrochemicals).
  • Ability to issue proforma invoices, and calculate the weight and volume of cargo and export containers.
  • Proficient in logistics calculations (exact calculation of the space required for the load and shipping method).
  • Good knowledge of INCOTERMS.
  • Availability at weekends for foreign correspondence.
  • Team player.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Negotiation and effective communication skills,
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • ICDL skills.
