Job Description

  • Communicating with supplier and customer operations, and other stakeholders to schedule deliveries and ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records
  • Coordinating with the supply and sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
  • Maintaining records of shipments to identify patterns in shipping errors or delays
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data.
  • Maintaining schedules and deadlines
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
  • Monitoring product quality and quantity through cooperation with inspection organizations
  • Coordinating the use of warehouses or other storage facilities to ensure efficient use of space
  • Preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents such as customs declarations and insurance policies
  • Coordinating shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws
