Requirements:
Strong mechanical skills, ability to multi-task and solve complex problems.
Deep understanding of cigarette manufacturing machinery maintenance processes.
Knowledge of machinery engineering drawings and related working documents.
Ability to use troubleshooting procedures, locate and correct defects in cigarette manufacturing machinery in areas of high performance, waste and quality loss.
Familiarity with dust collection systems and pneumatic feed systems.
Knowledge of laser systems in manufacturing machinery.
Ability to understand the relationship between material quality and machine performance and take preventive measures.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
Ability to train and develop team members.
Excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers and stakeholders.
