About the department:

The Management department, under the leadership of the site director, oversees the managers of other departments. The position:

As a management Intern at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Enhance the visual appeal of graphic reports through innovative design concepts.
  • Assist the site director in implementing a management performance board to oversee and streamline daily activities.
  • Help organize events and official gatherings.
  • Support the Management Assistant with routine tasks.
  • Communicate effectively and share information with fellow employees.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates in Graphic Design, Art, or Business, with proficiency in design software.
  • Strong skills in database software, email systems, and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Key qualities include attentiveness, honesty, confidentiality, and a creative, innovative, and artistic mindset.
  • Essential attributes include agility, quick learning ability, respectfulness, high organizational skills, and the ability to interact regularly with staff from different departments.
