ZN Vostok (ZNV), a dynamic player in the Oil and Gas Production, Oil Refining, and Petrochemicals industry, seeks a Manager of Project DCC in Tehran. Established in 2019, ZNV focuses on innovation and excellence. We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead and manage our data and document control processes, ensuring efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data and documentation control for projects.
• Develop and implement document management strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and distribution of project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation compliance.
• Analyze project data to support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes within document control systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding document control processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in document control and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with document management systems and best practices.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
