Job Description

  • Monitoring and managing company processes to achieve goals.
  • Determining performance and efficiency evaluation indicators of processes and employees.
  • Budget management with the approach of helping to provide resources and their optimal allocation.
  • Monitoring the performance of middle managers of the organization.
  • Reporting the organization's activities and performance to the board members.
  • Negotiating with business partners or customers and setting up and concluding contracts.
  • Planning and formulating strategies for growth, creating added value, and increasing income.
  • Holding regular meetings with middle managers to achieve the results of the tasks.
  • Trying to get the most efficiency with the least amount of resources.
  • Determining behavioral policies with the organization's employees, such as rewards or organizational rules.
  • Coordinating with various internal and external departments of the organization to implement plans and strategies in the body of the collection.
  • Measuring the performance and efficiency of different departments of the organization.
  • Checking company documents and monitoring their registration.
  • Helping to develop sales strategies and increase the presence of the company in the market.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience in manufacturing industries.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
  • Work experience in the Oil and Gas industries is considered a priority.
