Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Direct communication and leadership of the Marketing Manager, Factory Manager, Sales Manager, and Financial Manager.
2. Preparing and presenting analytical reports to evaluate performance and improve processes during weekly meetings with the board of directors.
3. Optimizing financial processes across production, marketing, and sales departments.
4. Leading the Factory Manager in optimizing production processes, increasing production capacity, and overseeing the production team’s activities.
5. Managing office staff and directly leading the Marketing Manager and Advertising Manager.
6. Developing frameworks to encourage staff to transition from traditional methods to modern and systematic approaches.
7. Establishing effective communication with senior board advisors and leveraging their insights and expertise.
8. Expanding exports and fostering effective relationships with current representatives outside Iran.
9. Enhancing the existing approach to maintain and expand a friendly and calm organizational environment.
Skills and Experience:
1. Proven leadership and direct management experience with a team of at least 20 members for a minimum of three years.
2. Strategic and analytical mindset with expertise in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and financial and accounting reports.
4. Familiarity with project management software and digital tools.
5. Effective leadership skills with knowledge of modern management methods, fostering a non-conflict organizational culture.
6. Critical and creative thinking, capable of analyzing beyond conventional frameworks and generating innovative ideas.
7. Crisis management skills in production and marketing, preferably with experience in similar projects.
8. Passionate about continuous learning and enhancing managerial knowledge and skills.
9. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and resource management abilities.
10. Preferably familiar with the textile industry or experienced in manufacturing companies, with expertise in production processes.
11. Education: Preferably holding a degree in management or textiles, with priority given to relevant expertise and work experience.
