Job Description
- Manage and supervise plant layout design and materials flow.
- Manage and supervise the relationships between production, support, and headquarters departments.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sub-team.
- Direct personnel and subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
- Determine the team's key performance indicators.

- Ability to employ talented forces in operational teams.
- Proficient in productivity management of production lines.
- Ability to manage time and have system thinking.
- Proficient in planning industrial units and infrastructures required by a manufacturing plant.
- Proficient in designing the halls needed for production, warehouse and office buildings, headquarters, and support.
- Proficient in designing warehouses for raw, semi-finished, and product parts.
- Proficient in capacity measurement and estimation of logistic equipment and machinery of warehouses and areas.
- Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
- Gender preference: Male.
- An end-of-service card is mandatory for men.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
