Implement company strategy in a structured way and alignment with relevant departments within the company and key functions.
Meet sales and profitability targets of the assigned business units by continuously developing existing applications and by identifying, developing, and translating new opportunities into additional business as well as driving and steering all short- and long-term marketing activities within the assigned business units.
Manage the introduction of new products and product lifecycle management and build up the competence of the sales force.
Create management reports and business reviews, continuously monitoring.
Gain a full product line understanding of the relevant markets in Iran to be able to define and implement product leadership strategy, initiatives and targets.
Update existing product leadership approach by keeping abreast of market trends, customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive developments.
Ensure adequate product inventory to meet sales demand and minimize reserve obsolescence by coordinating the steering of the sales forecast for current and newly introduced products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering fields (Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred).
At least 3 years of project-based experience as a product manager, preferably construction experience in civil engineering.
Working knowledge of English.
Full IT literacy.
Able to develop a detailed project plan and implement clear actions, aligned with overall strategy/goals.
Experience in construction projects related to the employer, contractor, and consultancy.
Proactive and very agile in learning.
Able to travel (inside the country).
Ability to work closely with market reach team (data quality and marketing communication teams).
Ability to develop a strong network with engineering managers and field-based engineering persons.
Strong internal and external networks and works across functional barriers.
Customer-focused.
Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment (well-developed ability to work with others).
