Analyze information related to competitors, customer acquisition and provide suggestions to increase market share.
Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales goals.
Manage activities related to customer database, product descriptions, sales techniques and sales control systems.
Requirements:
Understanding negotiation strategy and negotiation leadership and control skills - various sales systems.
Proficient in time management, crisis management, monitoring the proper performance of sales and marketing personnel and providing management reports.
Teamwork spirit and problem-solving ability.
Committed, responsible, motivated and creative.
At least ten years of marketing and sales experience and at least five years of experience at the management level.
Proficient in tender principles and methods of preparing technical and financial proposals.
Adequate knowledge of instrumentation, analyzer and metering systems and equipment.
Knowledge of all aspects of sales and marketing, including market research, sales planning, sales engineering and B2B sales and the ability to analyze the market and competitors.
Ability to develop, manage and lead a sales and marketing team in a dynamic environment with effective, organized and analytical negotiation skills.
