Develop organizational marketing and sales strategies.
Prepare sales and marketing budget, and analyze relevant data.
Supervise regional sales managers and employees, manage and evaluate the duties and activities of sales and marketing department employees, and organize and train the team.
Receive and evaluate customer feedback.
Manage the performance evaluation and monitor the process of the dealers and develop new dealers for market development.
Communicate with advertising companies to promote products, design/update the website and catalog of products and services, design a marketing plan, and design/implement advertising campaigns.
Manage the coordination process with the financial unit of the company for the collection of requests.
Analyze sales statistics.
Review the realization of the goals and plans of the team through the reports received.
Set discount rates or special pricing plans.
Carry out main dealer and key account maintenance and other country regional dealer guidance and implementation of incentive sales programs.
Identify emerging markets and market changes with full information about new products and the competitive opportunities in the market.
Analyze market needs, perform market analysis, and perform and meet customer and competitor analysis.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience and knowledge of the principles and methods of displaying, promoting, and selling products, marketing strategies and tactics, product display, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
High-level communication skills, leadership, personnel management, client management, business management, analytics, problem-solving, initiative, and innovation.
Open to domestic travel.
Getting acquainted with the cultural diversity and economic capacities of all provinces and regions of the country.
Sales experience in wood products counts as an advantage.
Proficiency in Turkish is preferred, and at least English proficiency is required
Experience in B2B and sales through dealers is an advantage.
