Market Research: Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research, needs analysis, and monitoring trends in the HR services industry to support service portfolio development and increase market share.
• Sales Support: Participate in B2B sales processes including preparing proposal drafts, developing service presentation materials, and coordinating business meetings to increase the success rate of negotiations and contract closures.
• Service Quality Monitoring: Continuously monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and evaluate customer satisfaction through feedback collection and performance indicators to ensure contractual commitments are met and improve customer experience.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and follow up constructive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to capture new needs, coordinate service delivery, and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Data Management: Record, document, and continuously update customer information in CRM systems to ensure transparency, lead tracking, and effective reporting.
• Contract Process Support: Collect required preliminary information, inquiries, and documentation from clients and coordinate with legal, finance, or contractors to facilitate and accelerate contract preparation and signing processes.
• Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on business development performance, including number of leads, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, recruitment, payroll, and finance) to ensure integrated service delivery and comprehensive client support throughout the engagement period.
