Responsibilities:
Budgeting of Marketing and Marcom Channels and Target Setting:
- Collaborate with the Marcom team to establish marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing channels, determining the most effective allocation of resources.
- Set measurable targets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Reporting and Insight:
- Generate periodic reports on marketing performance, providing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze data from various sources, including market research, customer surveys, and campaign metrics.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.
Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques.
- Use market research findings to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, focusing on marketing planning, budgeting, reporting, and market research.
