*Summary of job descriptions:
• Formulating marketing unit goals in line with company goals
• Setting strategies and annual marketing plan
• Analyzing micro and macro environment and data obtained from it (market size, market trends, own and competitors' market share, etc.) at the organization level
• Developing domestic and foreign markets
• Developing the company's product portfolio
• Analyzing sales data and market data (market research reports) and providing a supporting solution
• Preparing 6-month and annual unit performance reports
• Proper budget allocation
• Periodic employee performance evaluation (3-month, 6-month and annual)
• Evaluating implemented advertising campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and providing solutions for continuous improvement of advertising activities

* Qualification requirements
• Useful work experience: 5 to 7 years (having relevant work experience in the FMCG industry is considered an advantage)
• Accepted fields of study: Marketing Management, Business Management, Industrial Management, Commercial Management, Advertising Management, Executive Management (Strategy and Marketing Trends)
• Accepted degree(s): Bachelor's/Bachelor's degree Senior
• Age: 35 to 48

Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8-17, Wednesdays 8-16, Thursdays closed.
