Drive and support revenue growth and profitability of business areas.
Monitor and influence the market dynamics in the country. (reimbursement/competitors/customer group levels/government, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Responsible for the relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
Provide information and recommendations to the sales team.
Drive the health care standard through seminars, meetings, and other relevant events.
Accountability for signing off all marketing and promotional material.
Liaison with the sales force and our customers, in addition to offering internal input to market and competitive developments.
Ensure the accuracy of the revenue/marketing forecasts including marketing expenses and launch programs.
Ensure marketing activity is allocated in line with the agreed forecast.
Implement new product launches, campaigns, education programs, and customer service programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an MBA graduate.
Extensive marketing experience.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Sales experience in a related business.
Demonstrated results in executing strategic plans, action items, and tasks to further the company’s short- and long-term objectives.
Results-oriented.
Can lead others to execute successfully.
Understands and can articulate/communicate key competitor’s differentiating. factors, strategic initiatives, competitive positioning, pricing, and market share. etc.
