Job Description

  • Developing marketing strategies and plans based on market characteristics and organizational goals
  • Monitoring the market (including domestic and foreign competitors) and offering suggestions regarding product launch strategies
  • Identifying effective advertising strategies and participating in the preparation of scientific and promotional content such as key messages, catalogs, and other promotional materials
  • Creating a customer club
  • Designing and conducting campaigns
  • Designing and proposing required promotions (in collaboration with the branding unit)
  • Providing solutions for customer retention
  • Responding to possible complaints
  • Providing customer loyalty schemes

Requirements

  • Age range: 35-45 years.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in the use of social media channels
  • Proficient in digital marketing concepts, marketing planning, setting goals and KPIs, and branding principles
  • Proficient in conducting advertising campaigns with positive returns
  • Proficient in data-driven and trend-based analyses
  • Disciplined and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Innovative in data-based analysis
