Manage, communicate, and coordinate marketing strategies and efforts in conjunction with local and group Management.
Take the initiative to identify new potential product opportunities, markets, customer groups, and sales channels.
Develop and implement strategies, campaigns, and promotions across multiple marketing channels in conjunction with sales and marketing teams and management with a focus on sustainable profit and market share growth.
Drive retail growth and spearhead retail initiatives and the Terraco Space concept.
Research and analyze internal sales performance and market trends as well as competitors’ products, pricing, and other relevant information.
Develop, coordinate, and manage new product launch activities from market study through to commercial launch.
Manage and organize company conferences, exhibitions, and major events.
Ensure compliance to Group Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) and act as brand custodian.
Initiate and manage in-house creative development work of marketing collateral, product and marketing videos, product packaging designs, etc.
Conduct product training, skills development, and mentoring for sales and marketing teams.
Work closely with group marketing and align on all marketing activities.
Oversee website, social media, content marketing, and digital marketing activities.
Write and deliver copy write and content.
Manage public relations and corporate communications activities.
Manage and be accountable for the marketing budget.
Act as a representative for the marketing department in important customer meetings.
Do other ancillary duties as required.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a relevant technical or creative field - or equivalent through experience.
Proven track record in a similar role with experience in developing and implementing strategies.
Industry experience in coatings, EIFS, construction chemicals, dry mixes, building materials, or similar preferred.
