Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support the design team in developing and executing presentations.
  • Assist in selecting images and icons, and creating simple templates under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Implement basic modifications and adjustments based on feedback and align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the senior team in developing visual content for presentations, websites & social media.
  • Assist in designing basic and foundational elements for campaigns and events, such as print materials and digital banners.
  • Participate in data collection and prepare initial reports on campaign results.
  • Follow design trends to improve the quality of your work.
  • Participate in collecting data on campaign performance visual-wise and assist in preparing initial reports that will enhance future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm for learning and skill development.
  • Ability to work in a team and accept constructive feedback.
  • Attention to detail in executing assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and learn from senior colleagues.
  • Possess an understanding of branding principles to ensure that designs align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Marketing knowledge to create designs that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience.
  • +3 years of experience ideating and creating visuals in advertising agencies, marketing communications, or related fields.
