Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical production machinery.
Conduct daily checklists and maintenance of mechanical devices based on a maintenance plan.
Register maintenance-relevant documents.
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and ensure that all equipment and personnel within the factory site comply with the company’s HSE standards within the area of responsibility.
Maintain, repair, and upgrade the mechanical distribution infrastructure, collect and analyze problem quality data to troubleshoot problems.
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting down to component levels to extend the life of obsolete equipment and conserve funds.
Install, maintain, and repair machinery mechanical circuits and related equipment.
Support the head of the department for PM planning, and analysis of machine stoppages, define and execute a preventive action plan.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanics.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems such as compressors, pumps, fans, heat exchangers, vessels, diesel generators, valves, etc.
General computer skills.
Good teamwork ability.
Knowledge of technical standards and regulations.
Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
English is the official company working language; all documents and internal/external correspondence are in English.
Familiarity with print and packaging machinery is an advantage.
