Periodical visits to HCPs in hospitals, and public and private clinics to establish strong relations and make the product become the preferred brand with HCPs
Convince HCPs to recommend or prescribe our products and brands by the appropriate level of scientific/commercial argumentation and relationship development
Identify business opportunities within the respective area
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question from HCP
Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation and obstacles
Provide direct assistance to team members and monitor work issues related to achievement of business performance indicators
Determine what change of attitude/behavior is required by HCPs to impact positively on our products/brands
Requirements:
A university degree in Medical Sciences e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Nursing, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other relevant majors.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Presentation skills.
Communication skills.
Computer skills.
