Job Description
- Responsible for sales and marketing of imported products in the country.
- Visit potential, current, or other clients regularly.
- Present sales plan, business growth, new account development, new product introduction in existing accounts, and monitoring competitor activities.
- Build effective relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts.
- Monitor competitors' activities and competitors' products.
- Check product inventory in accounts to prevent shortages and keep accounts up-to-date.
- Schedule weekly visits and daily performance reporting for all commercial and promotional activities directly to the sales manager.
- Manage and lead the sales team and plan weekly and monthly work plans and timelines to achieve annual sales targets.
- Report to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Engineering, or other related degrees; or an MBA graduate.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong clinical and analytical skills are essential in this position.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English.
