Job Description

  • Manage internal office affairs.
  • Follow up on company recruitment matters.
  • Follow up on CEO's personal affairs.
  • Assist the marketing team in producing video content.
  • Manage the company's internal purchasing affairs and all matters sent by management.
  • Schedule meetings and events related to the CEO and monitor their proper implementation.
  • Arrange and coordinate programs and set and arrange appointments, trips and meetings.
  • Archive documents, documentation and electronic and paper messages.
  • Answer the phone and receive and transmit telephone messages, faxes, faxes and mail.
  • Receive and handle emails received in the company's general email account.
  • Receive, separate and categorize letters, reports and files and classify correspondence.
  • Follow up on orders issued by the CEO and other organizations and departments until a result is achieved.
  • Type, prepare and arrange meeting agendas, minutes and required administrative correspondence.
  • Interact with company managers to advance the organization's goals and objectives.
