Media Tech Guys is seeking a highly experienced and professional Administrative Assistant who can deliver high-quality services without the need for constant supervision or training. Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls and emails: Communicating effectively and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments: Coordinating closely with teams and senior managers for internal and external meetings.
  • Executive support to CEO and senior team members: Handling administrative tasks and providing executive support to facilitate daily operations.
  • Document and file management: Organizing, sorting, and maintaining important documents for quick and secure access.
  • Translation and correspondence in English: Writing and translating letters, emails, and documents fluently and accurately in English.
  • Preparing management reports and documentation: Collecting and processing data for daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
  • Supporting internal processes and executive coordination: Facilitating administrative procedures and overseeing daily schedules.
  • Using digital management tools: Proficiency in office software and online tools for project management and task tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management, Public Relations, English, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • English Proficiency: Strong command of English (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Slack, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, and professionally with team members, clients, and suppliers.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to deliver precise and error-free results.
  • Self-motivation and Responsibility: Capable of performing tasks independently without constant reminders or guidance.
  • Fast Learner: Able to quickly adapt to and use new systems and technologies.
  • Active and Positive Team Member: Cooperative spirit, flexibility, and ability to manage challenges and changes in a dynamic workplace.
