Job Description

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in BVT Pars Factory.
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the factory network and warehouses.
  • Establish strong work relationships with BVT Pars staff, external suppliers, and business
  • partners.
  • Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards applicable to the BVT Pars factory.
  • Install and troubleshoot devices such as printers, scanners, and shopfloor devices.
  • Maintenance of passive network and server room facilities in the factory.

Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience as IT Service Desk/HelpDesk.
  • Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain and Network+.
  • Familiar with Passive Network (server room facilities, trunks, cabling, modules, and installation and arrangement of shelves).
  • Service management, and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Persian and English.
  • Ability to work, prioritize, and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Being on-call to handle emergency issues remotely or on-site.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
