Operations Supervisor

Job Description

To provide the human capital for reclamation plants inside and outside the country using the ENERGIRON HYL method, Pars Folad Jam Sama Heavy Metallurgical Equipment Company, invites those interested to cooperate with the experienced specialists.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform supervisory functions over the direct reduction plant and assigned operators in terms of production, safety, and quality targets.
• Convert process engineer requirements in the direction of to control panel and field operators
• Direct module start-up and shut down according to the operation procedures, and operating practices.
• Control from HMI plant performance through several process parameters, following the company quality, production, and safety requirements.
• Ensure by personal checking and intervention, that standard operating parameters are held and safety systems and procedures are followed.
• Arrange and authorize routine maintenance, and issue work permits.

Requirements:

• A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering from a recognized university.    
• Five years of experience in DRP process and operation, which assumes deep process understanding and ability to operate on a control panel.    
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
