Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Implement job analysis methods based on relevant models.
  • Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
  • Develop a basis for career path development and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, agility, and resilience.
  • Actively collaborate in assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize OD Projects.
  • Facilitate change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, and structure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizational development and talent management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR theories and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Systematic approach and mindset.
