Implement job analysis methods based on relevant models.
Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
Develop a basis for career path development and succession planning.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, agility, and resilience.
Actively collaborate in assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize OD Projects.
Facilitate change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, and structure.
Requirements:
Proven experience in organizational development and talent management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR theories and processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a high-paced environment.
