Job Description

  • To serve as an internal customer interface and change agent on all organization design and architecture issues/inquiries.
  • To act in an advisory capacity to line management and top-level management teams concerning organization architecture and design initiatives.
  • To design and maintain job profiles of the organization for related divisions
  • To actively research and propose also initiate change structures by conferring with HRBPs and business.
  • To facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization
  • To ensure the efficiency of the HC budget and compliance with structures
  • To maintain HR ERP including (organization units, positions, jobs) and other relevant databases.
  • To facilitate the change management process for all organizational structure changes.
  • To maintain, improve, and update various HR organization architecture dashboards.
  • To evaluate MTNIrancell jobs based on various job evaluation methods.
  • To research and keep updated MTNIrancell job-based competency framework.
  • To facilitate the evaluation process based on the grading methodology of the company, also research the latest best practices.
  • To facilitate and deliver workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning.
  • To support business in the determination of headcount forecast to align with their requirements and control actual headcount vs. budget. as per assigned division.
  • To evaluate each job criticality and drive the process to maintain a reliable database.
  • To work closely with the talent development team to provide input for designing various pieces of training for delivery of MTNIrancell required competencies.
  • To support HRBPs in designing competency-based interview catalogs to determine candidates' job match levels.
  • To develop methodology and also deliver the analysis on the success rate of organizational change structures.
  • To collaborate with various HR teams to counsel and advise line managers and individuals on career opportunities within MTN IRANCELL.
  • To initiate and analyze company HC and provide various analytical reports on the HC efficiency of MTNIrancell.
  • To collaborate with human resources functions to support them in achieving their objectives and contributing to cross-functional team activities.
