Monitor product quality and take corrective actions.
Plan and execute scheduled and preventive maintenance, manage packaging spare parts, and perform major repairs.
Prepare machinery performance reports and present them to management.
Requirements:
Ability to understand the relationship between material quality and machine performance and take preventative measures.
In-depth understanding of cigarette packaging machinery maintenance processes.
Knowledge of machinery engineering drawings and other related documents.
Proficiency in using troubleshooting procedures, and finding and correcting defects in packaging machinery in areas of high performance, waste, and quality loss.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to multi-task using technical equipment and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of machine control systems and their relationship to performance.
Ability to train and develop team members.
Excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
