About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic partnership and campaign manager to spearhead our efforts in building and maintaining strategic alliances that drive business growth. This role is ideal for a collaborative and results-driven professional with a knack for forging impactful relationships across diverse industries. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic and marketing partnerships across diverse industries and sectors to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with external partner marketing teams to align objectives and execute impactful co-branded campaigns.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with company goals and values.
  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring exceptional collaboration and mutual success.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to measure success and inform future initiatives.
  • Identify, onboard, and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to expand the company's network.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong industry network and ability to think strategically to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills to manage diverse priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of developing successful, measurable partnerships that deliver results.
  • Expertise in campaign management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
