Job Description:

Compensation Strategy Development:

  • Participate in the design, evaluation, and revision of compensation policies to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Regularly analyze the market to determine competitive salary ranges and pay structures.
  • Participate in the creation and management of salary scales, job grades, and pay structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with laws.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data for audit.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee the archiving of necessary reports.

Employee Communications and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions to explain benefits options and compensation policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to pay, benefits, and bonuses.

Human Resources Data Analysis:

  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace.
  • Prepare regular reports to senior leadership on costs, trends, and recommendations for compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management or a human resources-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
