Position Summary:
Build and maintain a competent, customer-orientated, results-driven, effective, and efficient medical field force to compliantly drive the marketing strategy and deliver the business objectives.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Performance: In collaboration with medical field managers and the marketing team, build a data-driven mindset to ensure MFF effectiveness and efficiency:
- Metrics: Identify and update the most relevant metrics to the MFF activities, lead the development and implementation of a consistent and holistic set of metrics and dashboards
- Key Performance Indicators: align on the most relevant KPIs and set challenging and stretching targets
- Data Quality: partner with MFF to ensure data quality and to identify and resolve issues related to reporting
- Multichannel Engagement: leverage the multichannel engagement tools to improve reach and share of voice by brand
- Insights: use raw data, and processed information and apply experience to provide informative and actionable insights to derive an advantage for the business
- Review: Lead the regular performance review to discuss results and targets
- Rewards and Incentive: lead the rewards and incentive program to drive MFF motivation
- Performance Calibration: support an evidence-based calibration across geographies
