Job Description

  • Define and translate the main metrics and KPIs based on business requirements and strategies for the team and team members.
  • Create and optimize processes by understanding the current processes, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning for KPI of different units.
  • Prepare general and specialized job indicators for assessment and monitoring.
  • Follow up and receive reports of performance indicators from different units.
  • Design and edit management dashboards for organizational KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in the performance appraisal process.
  • Fluent in standard performance evaluation models.
  • Familiarity with dashboard and data analysis software.
  • Fluent in Office Suite software.
  • Fluent in process of agreeing on goals and evaluating performance.
  • At least 5 years relative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources Management.
  • Communication skills with different levels of the organization.
  • Result-oriented.
