Job Description
- Define and translate the main metrics and KPIs based on business requirements and strategies for the team and team members.
- Create and optimize processes by understanding the current processes, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning for KPI of different units.
- Prepare general and specialized job indicators for assessment and monitoring.
- Follow up and receive reports of performance indicators from different units.
- Design and edit management dashboards for organizational KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent in the performance appraisal process.
- Fluent in standard performance evaluation models.
- Familiarity with dashboard and data analysis software.
- Fluent in Office Suite software.
- Fluent in process of agreeing on goals and evaluating performance.
- At least 5 years relative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources Management.
- Communication skills with different levels of the organization.
- Result-oriented.
