● Prepare statistical reports of debts and received loans.
● Review, analyze and validate debt entries.
● Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
● Project planning and controlling.
● Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and delays reports.
● Control cost, time, and resources in order to update the project schedule.
● Plan, update and control the closeout phase of projects.
● Coordination with other sections.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
● Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
● Fluent in Microsoft Project.
● At least 2 years of experience.
● Familiar with “Leasing and Banking Activities”.
● Communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
● Ability to learn continuously.
● Observance of work discipline.
