Planning Manager

Job Description

• Preparing operational procedures, instructions, and other organizational tools required in the field of production planning and implementing them after obtaining approval from the factory manager.
• Receiving orders from the sales department and planning received orders.
• Managing the ordering point for raw materials and finished products.
• Capacity and work measurement of various production units and setting policies in the field of production planning
• Scheduling received orders in cooperation with the production manager and based on the commitments of the sales unit
• Scheduling the supply of routine and non-routine raw materials for the production line and referring requests to the commercial unit
• Scheduling the time of sending orders in cooperation with the sales unit
• Scheduling warehouses (raw materials, work in progress and finished products) and supervising the proper performance of the responsibilities of warehouse managers and employees
• Monitoring the quality of raw materials and products entering the factory based on the established criteria
• Managing the periodic and ad hoc warehouse management process based on the company's instructions under the supervision of the finance unit
• Providing periodic and ad hoc reports to the factory manager and CEO

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in MRP.
• Skills in warehousing and logistics.
• Sufficient knowledge of QMS, especially ISO 90001.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with MSP.
