Job Description

  • Develop, monitor, and control production planning.
  • Determine the start and end dates and times of each production line activity, along with recording production data, including progress and production volume, raw material consumption, or quality control measures.
  • Collaborate in the feasibility and timing of orders and production products, and capacity assessment of machinery and production lines.
  • Monitor the production process of current orders/products in terms of quantity and provide a plan to reduce waste and unplanned stops.
  • Collect and provide documentation and reports for reasons for delays, problems and changes, and production progress.
  • Update production schedules in accordance with possible conditions and changes.
  • Establish effective and continuous communication with the production department to improve and improve production processes.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of production planning.
  • Mastery of work measurement, time measurement, and process improvement systems.
  • Mastery of processes and procedures related to the production unit.
  • Ability to analyze data and design production reports.
  • Familiarity with production capacity measurement.
