Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Power BI support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Power BI licensing, Power BI administration, and hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development. Additionally, familiarity with ticketing systems like Zoho Manage Engine (or similar) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Manage and maintain Power BI licensing and administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist users with Power BI workspace management, sharing permissions, and report deployments.
- Collaborate with the IT and business teams to handle ticket requests and resolve issues efficiently via systems like Zoho Manage Engine.
- Monitor the performance of Power BI dashboards and resolve performance-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and improvements, applying them to improve reporting efficiency.
- Generate documentation for support procedures and ensure proper knowledge transfer to the team.
- Generate learning materials and videos for the PBI dashboard audiences.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in Power BI support, licensing, administration, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI in a professional environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Strong, clear, and effective communication skills to collaborate and share insights with the team and present the final products to the audiences.
- Experience in Power BI dashboard development, optimization, and support.
- Familiarity with ticketing and issue management systems like Zoho Manage Engine or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle user requests and technical challenges.
