Job Description

  • Initiate and follow up process optimization and improvement.
  • Support CTEP and Manifold supervisor for any deviation checks, necessary studies or troubleshooting in CTEP, well-site, and manifold areas.
  • Devise cost-effective methods for process optimization or modifications.
  • Diagnose process malfunctions and prepare possible troubleshooting plans.
  • Keep project process drawings, tables, and schedules updated based on modifications, new facilities, and optimized parameters.
  • Prepare and revise process, utility and chemical Site Log Sheets.
  • Check the filled log sheet every week and report any detected deviation to the operation coordinator for follow-up.
  • Prepare process isolation plan (marked up drawing and blind list for maintenance or preservation jobs).
  • Prepare and perform engineering section projects presentations.
  • Prepare and update the operational manuals and procedures and guidelines.
  • Collect site data on random basis for studies and process troubleshooting.
  • Study the FCRs as primary expert reviewer to accept or reject in the first place.
  • Monitor the specification of export oil/gas, root cause analysis for any specification deviation and propose the corrective measures.
  • Assist operation engineering head for plant S/D and partial S/D plan & procedure, switchover site-specific procedure (SSP), tie-in procedure for new facilities in a view to minimize risk and production losses.
  • Support eng. section head for any new construction follow-ups, punch coordination, commissioning plan preparation, and plant operation upgrades.
  • Support operation engineering Section head for major facilities maintenance and overhaul preparation and execution, including plan preparation, site supervision, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and classify project engineering documents’ database.
